Orders are generally mailed within seven (7) business days depending on items ordered. Howerver, the Society is run by volunteers so please be patient, especially during holiday periods. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all defective products.

Your use of this site, placement of an order or submittal of a purchase order indicates acceptance to all outlined customer service policies, terms and conditions of the society.  Your statutory rights are not affected.

Our aim is that all our customers will be completely satisfied with the quality of the goods and services that they buy from us. If a customer is dissatisfied with the quality of an item, or if an item is faulty or is not what they ordered, we will arrange for a replacement or refund their money, whichever they request, on return of the item concerned. If you change your mind about a purchase or service a refund may be given at the discretion of the Society's management committee.
